Can I still claim if I have lost my policy?
Yes, contact the Insurance Company if you can’t
find the policy documents.
It is not unusual for policy documents to go astray, but
you should still be able to claim. The important thing is to contact the
life Insurance Company. You may need to identify the name of the Insurance
Company and the bank can be helpful here, as they will know where the
monthly premiums have been paid to.
Once you’ve identified the Insurance Company, contact
them by phone and they will send you a lost policy claim form to complete.
