How do I make a complaint about a Life Insurance Company?
You can make a complaint to a Life Insurance Company
by writing to their Compliance Officer.
Details of how to complain will be contained in the documentation
issued by the Insurance Company when you applied for your policy.
The Insurance Company will look at your complaint and respond
in writing, telling you the results of their investigations.
If you are not satisfied with their response and you have
suffered financially, you can write to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
They will undertake a completely independent investigation. The outcome
of the investigation and their recommendations, including any compensation
due, are normally binding on both you and the Insurance Company.
