The procedures at Brokers Online are all set up in order
to avoid delays. If you are in urgent need of cover you should always
phone the Help Desk, and let them know the urgency. They will then be
able to do everything possible to speed up your application. They can
take all the details needed by the Insurance Company over the phone and
have them with the Underwriter within half and hour.
In around 1 in 3 cases, the application will be accepted
and you can be covered straight away.
However, this is not always the case. Sometimes there will
be health-related issues where more information is required and this will
inevitably take some time to sort out. There are things that can be done
to hurry the process along, so do phone to explain the urgency and one
